Event Pokémon Suggestions

Fire away for Event Pokémon suggestions, as I hear Pichu is too common

Togepi and Eevee! :3 Maybe cute legendaries like Mew and Jirachi could be used too~

Any pokemon with really weird attacks xD

I hate bidoof but if that pokemon could fly it will be awesome xD, a bulbasaur with surf, a Magikarp with flametrower dunno possibilities are infinite xD

the OT is already VPEVENT lol
as for shiny pokemon, it could work, but we'd need a legit PID and a legality checker.

I think the best choices are those commonly left behind or forgotten about - this way, they're remembered for a different reason. Shinies seem to go down well too by the way, just throwing that out there...

Considering you are making these Pokemon, you'd might as well make them such that they'd be legal. Specialized movesets/abilities or unofficial event trainer IDs make it obvious that the Pokemon is not legitimate. It would be better to create a number of legal Shiny Pokemon-- bonus points for good IVs. It'd also make sense to distribute some older or rarer event Pokemon that many without technical skill might have trouble getting access to otherwise.

I'd personally have a good number of them available and then have them sent out randomly to each game only once. It would make the Pokemon distributed seem a bit more unique, and the chance of getting a different kind of Pokemon each time you go to an event makes it more worthwhile.

It's a little harder to distribute multiple Pokémon at once due to how the distribution ROM works. If it were possible to allow multiple 'mons I would do that.

Event pokemon that are custom made are still legal (*cough* legit hidden hex values *cough*), and even if you distribute an event pokemon, you're still using just a computer file generated from a game. IVs are all boosted, but all EVs are set to 0, for people to train them while they level.

that said, it's a momento of an event, to have a pokemon with a 12345 ID and VPEVENT as the OT.

tl;dr making a pokemon =/= hacked

How about distributing a Pikachu that has both Surf and Fly. I know that Battle Revolution gives a Surfer, and that Yellow Forest in the Pokewalker has both Surfers and Fliers, but never both moves on one.

Also, how about you do something similar to what Gale of Darkness did and have the starters (all generations) in their first forms have their elemental Hyper Beams?
